YPFP offers:
 
A network of accomplished young professionals through our branches in Washington, DC, London, New York, Brussels and around the globe. Meet some of our members.
 
Weekly candid, in-depth discussion-based Events with senior government officials, ambassadors, private sector executives, think tank experts, and other foreign policy leaders about issues in international affairs and career paths in foreign policy.
 
Discussion Groups in Washington, DC and New York which provide monthly forums for members to discuss regional and thematic topics, exchange views, and share resources and opportunities.
 
Opportunities for Public Service, including:

  • YPFP in the Classroom, bringing YPFP members into District of Columbia schools for interactive classroom presentations on topics related to foreign policy, current events, and modern world history
  • The Refugee Assistance Program, pairing YPFP members with refugee families recently resettled in the Washington, DC metro area to help them navigate life in the United States
  • The Global Partners Program, creating opportunities for YPFP members to engage in face-to-face and virtual dialogue with young professionals across the world

 
An advisory and mentorship program with senior foreign policy professionals through the YPFP Counselors Program.
 
An annual conference of young professionals and foreign policy leaders, featuring forums on cutting-edge foreign policy issues, lively discussion, and a job fair.
 
Special events that create a professional and social community of accomplished young people working in the foreign policy field, including an annual Date Auction and Silent Auction, and happy hours.
 
Our website, which has attracted over 150,000 hits from six continents, and features:
