| · Responsible for the preparation and review of all assigned income tax accounting with a comprehensive understanding of FAS-109 including maintenance of required Book & Tax basis balance sheets.
· Review, monitor and provide all current and deferred tax accruals (and related valuation allowances ) reserves and tax return to provision reconciliations including the appropriate detailed supporting documentation in accordance with FAS 109.and FIN 48. · Assist and monitor the effective tax rate specific to the foreign branches and entities. · Position demands a high degree of accountability, accuracy, initiative and timeliness. Candidate must be self- motivated, yet comfortable in a team environment. · Maintain tax calendar for compliance and accounting due dates · Supports Domestic & Foreign Tax Audits · Prepare, direct and review assigned federal state and foreign tax compliance activities and insure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley

| Job Requirement: |

| · BS/ BS in Accounting or equivalent relevant degree from an accredited college
· At least 7 years of relevant years of experience in public and/ or corporate tax accounting environment with specific responsibilities in tax compliance and accounting · Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Income Tax Accounting under FAS 109 · Extensive federal, state and foreign income tax compliance experience · Strong verbal and written communication skills · PC proficient with expertise in Microsoft Office |
